The Covered Bridge House is named after its most unique feature on property - the historic Bartlett Covered Bridge, which spans the Saco River and is one of only 53 covered bridges left in New Hampshire. Built in 1850, the bridge is 200 feet long with single span, paddleford type construction. The Covered Bridge House is in the spectacular Mount Washington Valley, along the banks of the crystal-clear Saco River.
